How does this work?

Whenever you’re ready, just fill out the contact form or reach out to us via text, email or Instagram direct message. We will get back to you too as soon as possible so we can iron out the details of your project or service!

Connect
Before we meet or begin your service - we will discuss with you directly via phone call or text to break the ice & make sure we are on the same page. We want to ensure that expectations are laid out & that you are comfortable.

The day of
On the day of the project or service, we will discuss once again & you will be sent any necessary instructions & information. We will also be ready to answer any last minute questions or concerns you may have.

The aftermath
After we're done - you will be contacted immediately or we will discuss in person before you leave on a timeframe to expect the results & any further information.
This is my first photoshoot and I’m kind of nervous.
There's a first time for everything! If you think about it - this is my first project with you... so I'm just as nervous. Just breathe & lets go with the flow!
Why should I trust you with my car?
I treat your car how I would want my own to be treated. I have had the honor of working on, driving & being around cars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars BUT I know that each car is priceless in its own way. If there is a mistake from my/our end - we take every step to take care of it.
What should I do to prepare?
You are the one in charge, so do what you feel will make you the most comfortable & best ready. I will do my best to guide you & offer insight where needed! For Vehicle services - instructions & info is shared immediately so you know what to do & what to expect!
What can I expect afterwards?
After the project or service, I will let you know the next steps, what to expect & what to do from your end if needed.
Are you available outside of the Lehigh Valley?
Yes! For many of my services, I do not mind traveling. Please reach out as soon as possible so that I can ensure I can accommodate you & so that we can fine-tune all of the details. For most automotive services, we no longer offer mobile work for a number of reasons.

The worst I can say is no! I am flexible & willing to do certain projects depending on the complexity, time consumption & availability,

I back all of my work. I am as transparent as possible & try my best to stay in constant communication with you throughout the project or service. If there is an issue from my end, I will do my best to rectify it immediately.

We try to offer pricing that is competitive but also reflects the quality of the work we put in. If there is an issue with pricing, please let us know so that we can discuss further & accommodate as needed.
